With Conversation Led by David Badanes, Human Risk Leader at Hoxhunt
David serves as Human Risk Leader at Hoxhunt, an AI-driven security behavior platform that transforms traditional security awareness into measurable human risk management. In this advisory role, he leads U.S. efforts to educate organizations on building security-conscious cultures through thought leadership and industry engagement. He is a frequent podcast guest and builder of cyber communities, including board roles at the Internet Security Alliance and the Charter of Trust.
Previously, David was Director of Cybersecurity Program and Partnerships at AES Corporation, a Fortune 500 energy company, where he led global cybersecurity strategies and security awareness programs for over 12,000 employees across fourteen countries.
In his free time, he enjoys coaching his sons' basketball and lacrosse teams, with occasional success.
