It's a seamless experience right where the phishing takes place. I don't feel interrupted but rather look forward to the really short little tests.

When I pull my monthly stats for reporting, part of what I’m pulling is how many TOTAL simulations went to just our active employees, and it’s always over 10,000 and that’s a shocking number.

The random emails you receive are targeted at the right frequency to not overwhelm you, with a good mix of different types of tricks to keep you on your toes.
