User privacy policy

Hoxhunt is a People-First Cybersecurity Platform (“Service”) provided by HoxHunt Oy (“Hoxhunt”) that protects organizations and their employees from the risk of cyber attacks through an automated and gamified learning experience.

Agreement for the delivery of the Service (“Agreement”) is made between Hoxhunt and a company or organization (“Customer”) that offers the Service to be used by its employees, agents, independent contractors or similar (“you”, “end-user”).

In our Service, we also process certain Personal Data. “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as name, address, date of birth, phone number or email address.

For the Personal Data included in the Service, the Customer is the data controller and Hoxhunt data processor. The relevant Agreement includes all terms and conditions that are applicable to processing of Personal Data in our Service. If you wish to receive more information about handling of Personal Data in the Service, we recommend that you contact your organization’s IT-support, data protection officer or other relevant contact person
