UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED IN THE AGREEMENT, THIS HOXHUNT SUBPROCESSORS LIST IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE AGREEMENT AND SHALL APPLY TO ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY HOXHUNT TO THE CUSTOMER, WHETHER THE AGREEMENT WITH THE CUSTOMER IS ENTERED INTO BY HOXHUNT OR THE PARTNER. ANY CAPITALIZED TERMS USED BUT NOT DEFINED HEREIN SHALL HAVE THE MEANINGS ASSIGNED TO THEM ELSEWHERE IN THE AGREEMENT.
The applicability of each Subprocessor may depend on the Customer’s location and the Services selected. In the list below, the “Service Data” means all categories of Personal Data specified in the Agreement or otherwise provided by the Customer to Hoxhunt in connection with the Customer's use of the Services.
